Your negotiating team recently met to discuss our next steps in bargaining.
Negotiations stalled when we last met with the employer. Our positions were too far apart for meaningful conversations at the bargaining table.
However, we have reviewed our proposals and our employer’s counterproposals, and think there may be room for progress if we meet again.
It is time to return to the bargaining table and make more progress towards a better collective agreement.
