AUPE's 47th Annual Convention

Use this form to submit your time-off request information for AUPE's Convention, which will be held at the Edmonton Expo Centre, from Thursday, October 24-Saturday, October 26, 2024.

Fill out this form if you have special dietary, mobility, or medical requirements.

It is important, not only for Convention planning and preparation but for your enjoyment and effectiveness as a delegate or observer to Convention, that information about your specific requirements is gathered before October 11, 2024. This will allow the Convention planning committee to make arrangements to accommodate your needs, making the event run that much more smoothly for everyone involved. If you have special dietary, access, or medical requirements, please fill out this form. The information is kept confidential, and will only be used to provide appropriate food, access, communications, or medical care for you on site. 

Information must be received by October 11, 2024, to allow for arrangements to be made. Please provide complete information in each appropriate field to allow us to make arrangements for you.

Please note that closed captioning and sign language interpretation services will be provided for all Convention floor proceedings.
