Your negotiating team met with the employer on April 11 and 12 to begin the informal mediation process.
With the main AHS tables open in bargaining we did not want to short change the members and get ahead of the main table.
We agreed to a one-year deal covering May 11, 2023 – May 10, 2024. The monetary details are as follows:
- Year 1 – 1.75% to all classifications, full retroactivity
- Weekend premium increase from $2.50 to $3.25 ($0.75 cent increase)
- $100 increase to the Health Spending Account $450 to $550 (18.2% increase)
We also had some breakthroughs in strengthening harassment language and disciplinary language.
