The votes are in and AUPE members at Olds College have voted to ratify a new collective agreement.
Your negotiating team and the employer will now do a thorough review of the agreement to ensure its accuracy. It will then be printed and made available to members.
Salary grids in the new agreement will be updated to include the one per cent pay increase awarded after arbitration in 2020, as well as the increases that will be applied in 2023.
