Your negotiating team met with the employer on August 11 and were extremely disappointed that their negotiator showed up without the counteroffer that we were promised two weeks ago. This is a pattern with this employer. We show up ready, willing, and able to bargain and they show up prepared only to delay, delay, delay.
Having reached an impasse at the bargaining table, we are scheduled to proceed to enhanced mediation on Sept 13 and 16 with independent mediator Mia Norrie. 
The employer has agreed to follow this process and we’re hopeful that they do.
