Opening proposals would improve on past agreement
Your negotiating team met with the employer on Jan. 13 to begin bargaining our new collective agreement.
We presented our non-monetary proposals. We proposed several improvements based on what we’re all experiencing at work and responses to our bargaining survey. We expect the employer to respond to our proposal at our next meeting. Please watch for more updates in the coming weeks.
