Your negotiating team is preparing to bargain. We are using your important responses to the bargaining survey to create our bargaining proposals.

Thank you to everyone who shared what matters most to you, including concerns over workloads and staffing levels. We are eager to win the wages, benefits, and working conditions we need and deserve.

Our first bargaining meeting with the employer is set for April 14.

Bargaining takes time, and we want to ensure we get everything right. We appreciate your patience as we prepare.

We need your solidarity. To get what we want at the bargaining table, we need to show Shepherd’s Care we are strong and united.

Wear red with your coworkers on April 14 to show your support! Please take photos and email them to [email protected] and we will spread the solidarity across AUPE’s social media.

Please contact a member of your negotiating team if you have any questions.
