Important online survey is the next step – watch your email on March 2

Thank you to all the members who have been working to make our union stronger as we move closer to an arbitration for our collective agreement.

The response from members who have been signing pledge cards has been amazing! Thank you for showing your determination to demand fair wages and working conditions.

We also thank everyone who participated in our Annual General Meeting and who stepped up to take on positions within our chapter.

As we told you in our last bargaining update an arbitrator will decide what our first collective agreement will look like, beginning with hearings in April.

We know that our jobs have gotten much more difficult and risky because of the pandemic, but instead of supporting us, Revera has made our jobs even harder. We need to show the arbitrator how members are feeling and what we need in our collective agreement.

On Thursday, March 2, you will receive an important online survey ballot to your personal email. Please ensure that you complete this survey before the March 7th deadline. If you have questions about the survey, please do not hesitate to contact your negotiating team.

If you have not received a ballot after March 2, please email ballotrequest@aupe.org

For more information, please contact your negotiation team or AUPE resource staff.
