As we mentioned in the last bargaining update, the renewal of your next collective agreement is coming soon so we need to hear from you now.
The online survey has been emailed to you – please check your inbox for the link. If you have not received the link or you would like to request a paper copy of the survey, please contact a member of your negotiating team.
Please make sure you have completed the online survey or have returned the paper copies of the survey back to your negotiation team by April 6. Please do not fill out the survey on company time.
We will be meeting with the employer in the coming months to discuss the concerns and the mandate we are given through the results of the survey. This is your chance to have a voice and send a strong message to the employer on specific issues at your worksite.
Your negotiating team will be doing all we can to negotiate a fair contract and prepare a comprehensive proposal to address site specific issues identified in the survey – but we need your help.
Please take the survey to share your workplace concerns by April 6.
