One of the most important steps in bargaining happens before we even meet with the employer – and that step is completing the bargaining survey.

Knowledge is power and that’s why your negotiating team needs to know what matters most to you. This bargaining survey will not only make sure issues like wages, workload, and short staffing are addressed at the bargaining table, but it also shows the employer that we are united in this fight for a fair collective agreement.
