Your negotiating team thanks you for taking our bargaining survey. Your input is an essential part of preparing for negotiations. We are ready to fight for your priorities and the improvements you want to see in our new collective agreement.  

There are also quite a few members who have agreed to become worksite contacts. Thank you! These members will play a critical role in keeping all of us informed and engaged throughout negotiations.  

Your survey responses are clear – higher wages, better benefits, addressing workload, Health and Safety and workplace culture issues will be what we focus on in bargaining.
