As reported in our last update, we will be voting on the tentative agreement (which we unanimously recommend you vote “Yes” to accept) electronically.
You will receive an email on the morning of Tuesday, December 6, 2022. That email will contain a unique link that will take you to your ballot. Balloting will be open for three days following the Town Hall Meeting (i.e. from 9:00 p.m. on December 6th until 8:59 p.m. on December 9th).
While the online voting system allows members to cast their vote anonymously, we are able to confirm which members have voted and have not; the unique link further ensures ensures each member casts a single vote.
If you have not received a ballot by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on December 6th, please send an e-mail to ballotrequest@aupe.org as soon as you are able so that we can ensure each member has the opportunity to vote.
The negotiating team anticipates balloting results will be available early in the week of December 12, 2022.
