Details of tentative agreement provided to help you decide
AUPE members employed at St. Therese Villa in Lethbridge will be able to vote on a tentative collective agreement on Thursday, Sept. 15.
Voting will take place in the STV Main Boardroom and will be open from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. This will allow people working on all shifts to vote.
Your negotiating team and lead negotiator will be there to answer questions. Your negotiating team is recommending you vote yes, but this decision rests entirely with you, the members.
To help make your decisions, please see the attached draft collective agreement, a summary of the changes to the previous collective agreement and the proposed salary grid.
