On August 31, virtual information meetings will be held to present the details of the tentative agreement. Two separate meetings have been arranged to accommodate members’ varied shift schedules.
Members can choose to attend the information session from 1:00PM to 2:30PM or from 5:00PM to 6:30PM.
Your negotiating team strongly encourages all members to attend one of the information meetings and to exercise your right to vote! Links to join the virtual meetings will be emailed to members by the negotiations administrative staff.
Prior to ratification, members will receive details on the tentative agreement. The information meetings will offer an additional overview of the agreement by the negotiating team. Each meeting will include time to address any and all questions from members. As stated in our last update, your negotiating team unanimously supports and endorses the tentative agreement.
Voting will take place using the third-party system, Election Buddy. A voting link will be sent to members in the days leading up to ratification. At 6:30PM on August 31, the voting link will open and remain active for the following 48 hours.
