Nursing-care workers employed by CapitalCare have voted to ratify the collective bargaining agreement put to them.
Copies of the new agreement will be prepared and made available.
The agreement includes the payment of one per cent for hours worked from Jan. 1, 2021, to Dec 31, 2021. We will be creating a process for former employees to apply for this retroactive pay.
