Tentative Agreement reached with EMCON
After numerous delays and hours of dedicated hard work, your negotiating team has finally reached a tentative agreement with Frank.
Your team is now working on a face-to-face ratification plan. Getting a new deal is important to all of us and we want to make sure every member has a chance to review the tentative agreement before we vote on whether to accept the agreement (ratification vote).
We will share more details with you in the coming days—both in person and through email—once our ratification plan is ready. Keep an eye out for our next bargaining update, which will include all the highlights from this tentative agreement.
