Your negotiations team is preparing for bargaining, where we will push for improvements to our collective agreement, which sets the terms of our employment. Have your say! Tell us what changes you want to see in your working conditions through our online bargaining survey.
The survey is quick and easy, and all answers will remain confidential. Fill it out by Feb. 12, so your negotiations team knows what to prioritize at the bargaining table.
We need to know the issues or concerns you want us to bring forward to the employer. With your crucial feedback, we can fight for a better collective agreement, which we all deserve.
