This weekend, your negotiating team will provide bargaining surveys to you at your worksite.

Please complete and return these surveys to a member of the negotiating committee. Your participation is so important for bargaining!

We want to significantly improve our collective agreement, with big changes that reflect the importance of the work we do.

We must receive your important feedback and suggestions to create the changes we will propose at the bargaining table.

This round of bargaining will be challenging, and it’s critical that we stand together in solidarity to achieve the fair collective agreement we deserve.

A separate survey focused on short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) will be sent out to you in the near future.
