AHS GSS: Counterproposals are coming, and so are town halls

Your team has invited AHS back to the bargaining table. We believe we can still make progress without a mediator and without waiting for our ESA to be finished.

Your team is meeting Sunday, June 22 and Wednesday, June 25 to create counterproposals that reflect what is important to the entire GSS membership.  

Our wages and the cost of living are the most important issues we face. We also deserve higher compensation overall, which means significantly improved benefits. This is our livelihoods we are talking about, and it is why your team is taking this stage of bargaining so seriously.

We believe we can strike the right balance to fight for our needs while bringing AHS back to the table.

Because bargaining is at such a critical stage, your team has also scheduled Telephone Town Halls to answer your questions.

All General Support Services members working for AHS are invited to our bargaining telephone town halls.

Each town hall will last approximately 1.5 hours.  

Joining the town halls is easy.

Pick up your phone when AUPE calls, stay on the line, and you will automatically join the town hall when it begins.

AUPE will call you just before each of the above town hall start times. You can join one town hall or as many as you like.
