Your negotiating team is getting ready for our upcoming round of bargaining with Whitehorn Village.
We have created a bargaining survey to better understand your concerns and priorities. We need your opinion to fight for what matters and ensure our bargaining strategy reflects our collective voice.

The last round of negotiations was tough. This round, we will focus on constructive dialogue with our employer to reach a fair deal at the table.
We also have an active complaint with the labour board. This complaint is about the $2.00 top-up for Health Care Aides. We believed that we had settled on the $2.00 top up this February, but Whitehorn Village does not agree. We will keep you updated on the status of our complaint.
