Due to the Covid lockdown at the site, the ratification meetings and vote will be held virtually on November 14. A presentation of the tentative agreement along with the opportunity to ask questions to your negotiating team will take place at two separate times, to accommodate employee shift schedules.
The meetings will take place on Microsoft Teams from 1PM to 2:30PM and 5PM to 6:30PM. A meeting link will be sent to members ahead of the meeting. Your negotiating team strongly encourages members to attend one of the two presentations.
Electronic ballots will be sent out via Election Buddy at 6:30PM on November 14. Only members with an email address on file will receive a ballot, so be sure we have your email address by filling out this form.
The voting link will go live at 6:30PM on the day of ratification and remain open for the following 48 hours.
