Retro pay for former AHS GSS members coming May 20

Former AUPE members working in Alberta Health Services General Support Services and who applied for retro pay will receive their retro pay on May 20, 2020.

An independent arbitrator had decided that former AHS General Support Services employees who ended employment between April 1, 2019 and January 30, 2020 would be eligible for retroactive pay.

This retro pay comes as a result of an arbitration decision made earlier this year which awarded AHS GSS workers a 1% wage increase.
