Carewest Admins: Your negotiating team is getting ready to bargain

Your negotiating team met on Sept. 6 to train for bargaining, review previous survey results, and schedule the next couple of months.

If you are not receiving these notices, check that your information is up to date on myAUPE. If you have ever unsubscribed from AUPE emails in the past, you will need to resubscribe.

On Oct. 21, you should receive an email with the bargaining survey link. If you do not receive this link, contact a member of your negotiating team.

We are creating our proposals based on what you tell us is most important to you, so it’s important that everyone completes the survey. The deadline is Friday, November 1.

On Nov. 13, your negotiating team will review the bargaining survey results. Make sure you share your answers by the November 1 deadline. These proposals we create will determine your future work life, including your wages, vacation time, and working conditions.

Next bargaining meeting

We are waiting to hear back from Carewest to schedule our first bargaining meetings and begin negotiations.
