The employer did not agree to any wage increases or other financial improvements. This includes raising your compensation to the same level as your fellow workers at Grande Prairie Regional College.
Essential Services Agreement and Mediation
Since we did not make progress at the table, we will be filing for formal mediation once an Essential Services Agreement is in place.
