Our new collective agreement will improve our working conditions in a number of areas. New Pay Equity provisions, a process for addressing Workload Issues and better Respectful Workplace/No Discrimination/No Harassment protections and more will make our worksite fairer.
A $500 increase to our dental benefits and increased pay for Named Holidays, including improved provisions for Casual and Part Time workers, among other monetary improvements will ensure you’re better compensated for the hard work you do, so you can continue to support yourselves while you support residents.
