What would make the Town of Coaldale a better workplace? What do you think about working conditions? Do you feel safe at work? Is your workload manageable?
Preparations are under way to begin bargaining for a new collective agreement and that means it’s time to hear from you about what you want and about your priorities.
You have picked your negotiating team and now you need to give them the information they to do the job. So, please take this important survey, which closes on Dec. 2.
Together we can push for the protections we deserve, but your negotiating team needs your front-line expertise to help steer the direction of our bargaining.
