New Letter of Understanding for Long Service Pay Adjustments: Additional 2% for employees with 20 years or more of service. This will form part of the employee’s basic rate of pay.

Article 11 Grievance Procedure: Timelines amended to exclude weekends and holidays for filing and advancing grievances. Add Executive Team Designate, along with the CEO, as a designated officer for Level 2 of the grievance process.

Article 14 Attendance: Add language to clarify the process of notifying the employer of an absence after the fact for special circumstances.

Article 16 Shift Differential: Shift differentials will now be applicable to overtime hours.
