Shepherd’s Care’s legal wrangling is in bad faith, says AUPE

Edmonton – The Alberta Union of Provincial Employees is calling on Shepherd’s Care Foundation to stop stalling and start negotiating in the wake of an Alberta Labour Relations Board decision, which found the foundation’s 2014 layoffs of more than 100 employees to be illegal.
