AUPE’s Environmental Committee is encouraging all AUPE members, during their non-work time, to join the Climate Justice Event at Alberta's Legislature Building on Friday, September 27, from 1pm - 2pm.
Large unions around the world have already announced their solidarity with climate strikers. The fact is, working class people will feel the worst effects of global warming. Environmental issues are workers issues!
