We would like to thank members having difficulty reaching our Members Resource Centre MRC (1-800-232-7284) for their patience and encourage them to keep trying.
The number of people working from home has placed unprecedented demand on cell phone and internet service infrastructure worldwide, with many service providers reporting increases in dropped calls. AUPE staff are working hard to answer the high volume of calls and we ask members to consider using our on-line contact form if they are having trouble getting through on the phone. Thank you.
