BARGAINING BEGINS

Your bargaining committee met with the employer from Oct. 1 to 2 to begin collective bargaining. We were extremely disappointed to receive the employer’s ingoing proposals, which included more than 30 different rollbacks to the collective agreement, along with language that enhances management’s entitlements and rights.
