The Provincial Executive meeting was held on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at the Coast Terrace Inn, Edmonton, Alberta followed by Convention concluding on Saturday, October 16, 2004 at which time PE adjourned.

A number of motions forwarded by the Finance Committee were passed amending the 2004-2005 budget being presented to Convention.

It was proposed that the Provincial Executive meet one and one-half days in the future to complete all business presented at the meeting. This motion was defeated.

The Provincial Executive recessed and reconvened during Convention to determine whether a Resolution forwarded by the General Services Sector was of an emergent nature. It was decided it did not meet the criteria of an emergent resolution and was referred to the Anti-Privatization Committee.

The Provincial Executive did not reconvene any further through Convention and adjourned at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 16, 2004.

The next meeting is scheduled for December 4th, 2004 in Calgary, Alberta.
