The meeting was called to order at 9:01 A.M in Edmonton, Alberta with President MacLennan in the Chair.
Regular reports by the President, Vice-Presidents and Committees were given.

A number of Motions were passed:
An Anti-Privatization Conference will be held on April 27th at Union Headquarters.

A number of donations were made being to the Workers’ Health Centre for the “Workplays” (a dramatic approach to Injuries on the Job Site, dramatized at High Schools throughout Alberta); the Labour Coalition on Pensions; 2006 dues to the Greater Edmonton Alliance; Diakonos Retreat Society; and the May Week Labour Arts Festival.

A number of Policies were amended:
Policy 5-2 Rebates to Locals were increased.
Increases were also made to Policy 4-6 Honorariums and Policy 4-7 Executive Officers.

Policy 2-34 was updated.

The Day of Mourning is scheduled for April 28th and the Occupational Health & Safety Conference will be held on the same day.
