Randall has been employed as Union Representative in AUPE's Northwest office since 1979.

Trained as a horticulturist, Randall came to AUPE as a government employee from the Peace River Correctional Centre where he served as Head Gardener for 10 years before becoming a Union Representative.

Randall's main interest is negotiations, though over his 20 years with AUPE he has spent more time providing general union services to members throughout AUPE's largest servicing area.

As of June 1, 2007, Brian has assumed MSO responsibilities in the Northwest Region.

Randall and his partner Audrey, an AUPE activist, have two grown daughters - Katrina, a social worker, and Holly, an occupational therapist. He says he looks forward to his closing years with AUPE and eventual retirement along the banks of the mighty Peace River.
