Tentative agreement details to be released to Local 052 members today, Feb. 27, during two meetings
CALGARY – Details of a tentative agreement reached with the University of Calgary will be presented to members of Local 052 today, during two on-campus meetings.
The two meetings will be held:
- Beginning at noon at the U of C Health Sciences Building
- Beginning at 3 p.m. in the Science Theatre on the U of C Main Campus
“It’s important that our members attend at least one of these two meetings, to ensure they become acquainted with this tentative agreement,” said Ray Domeij, AUPE Union Representative.
“The bargaining committee is recommending ratification.”
Local 052 members will have an opportunity to cast ballots on the TA, during a ratification to be held Friday, March 3 at
AUPE represents approximately 2,800 non-academic employees of the U of C.
