UFCW 401/McKesson Canada strike ends
UFCW Local 401’s two-month-long strike against McKesson Canada Corp. is over after members voted in favour of a memorandum of agreement recommended by their union on Sept. 1.

The Alberta Union of Provincial Employees is encouraging members to support UFCW Local 401’s two-month-long strike against McKesson Canada Corporation. The Edmonton warehouse workers – who have been without a contract since early 2009 – have been on strike since Jun. 28, 2010.
