The meeting was called to order at 9:30 AM with Erez in the Chair

MOTION: Properly moved by Barry Madsen and Seconded by Meredith Debnam that the Agenda for the meeting of on Dec 7th 2011 be adopted Carried

ADOPTION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

• MOTION: To adopt the minutes of, Sept12, 2011 properly moved by Roy Jackman and seconded by Meredith Debnam. Carried

OLD BUSINESS

• Vanessa re: New Website

NEW BUSINESS:

ELECTIONS:

• Erez Raz is the Chair of the AUPE OHS Standing Committee
• Barry Madsen was elected Vice Chair of the Committee
• Rose Bouchie/Meredith Debnam for Secretary, Meredith is backup.

MOTIONS:

1. Moved by Barry Madsen and seconded by Roy Jackman that the OHS Committee have AUPE business cards made up for each member. Carried
2. Moved by Carrie-Lynn Rusznak and seconded by Meredith Debnam that we purchase 500 OHS Advocate pins to be presented to those that have completed the Level 3 course. Carried

• Next GOA/AUPE meeting – January 13th, 2012 at Headquarters @ 9:30 AM.
