Members can win prizes by completing OH&S online survey
EDMONTON – AUPE members throughout the province have today and tomorrow to complete an on-line OH&S survey that will earn them an opportunity to win one of three prizes.
The OH&S survey was launched on May 1 and will only remain there until May 30.
Members can access the survey by clicking on the survey logo found on the right side of this Website or by clicking on the link found at the bottom of this story.
“One of the OH&S Committee’s mandates is to educate the membership on health and safety issues relative to their worksites,” said AUPE Vice-President Krista Koroluk, who also chairs the union’s OH&S Committee.
“The survey results will help us gauge the areas in which members require education and training,” she said.
The survey, which will include questions pertaining to Health and Safety Inspections, the Partners in Injury Reduction Program, second-hand smoke and other issues relevant to the health and safety of AUPE members.
Members who complete and submit the on-line survey will have their names entered into a draw to win one of three prizes, AUPE garments valued at $100, $150 and $250. Winning entrants will be notified once the OH&S Committee has finalized its survey results.
