Meetings scheduled for Feb. 27 to update Local 052 members on tentative agreement reached with U of C
CALGARY – Details of a tentative agreement reached with the University of Calgary will be presented to members of Local 052, during two meetings scheduled for Monday, Feb. 27.
The two meetings will be held:
- Noon hour at the U of C Health Sciences Building
- 3 p.m. in the Science Theatre on the U of C Main Campus
“It’s important that our members attend one of these two meetings, to ensure they become acquainted with this tentative agreement,” said Ray Domeij, AUPE Union Representative.
“Local 52 Council met and is recommending acceptance.”
Members will have an opportunity to cast ballots on the TA, during a formal ratification vote to be held Friday, March 3.

AUPE represents approximately 2,800 non-academic employees of the U of C.
