Government of Alberta employees urged to complete bargaining survey by Nov 9

AUPE members employed by the Government of Alberta are urged to complete the bargaining survey posted by their bargaining committee no later than November 9, 2012.

“The bargaining survey will provide us with information that is essential to successful negotiations with the Government of Alberta. The survey will give the bargaining committee the direction we need from front line employees when we sit down with the employer in the New Year,” said AUPE President Guy Smith, who chairs the General Services Bargaining Committee.

The survey applies to 22,000 members of AUPE Locals 001 through 012, who are directly employed by the Government of Alberta.

For this round of negotiations the bargaining committee approved a short and to-the-point survey to ensure members are able to complete it in their spare time. It should take no more than 5 minutes to answer the ten questions on the survey.

Members can access the bargaining survey by clicking here. The survey can also be accessed at any time using the button on the right-hand side of the www.aupe.org homepage.
