Court of Queen’s Bench upholds AUPE bid to overturn Labour Board decisions
EDMONTON – The Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench has overturned a 2006 decision of the Alberta Labour Relations Board that moved certain classifications of health care workers from membership in the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees to another union.
