Women's Committee meets
Members of AUPE’s Women’s Committee met at union headquarters Jan. 6, in Edmonton. This was the first meeting at headquarters for the committee, which added new members following AUPE’s Convention in October.
AUPE working to shed light on violence against women
EDMONTON – The National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women is a time for Alberta’s largest union to focus attention on the continuing problem that puts many of our mothers, sisters, and daughters in danger in homes, communities and workplaces across the province.
