Calgary retro pay problems referred to CHR HR Support Centre
CALGARY – Calgary Health Region employees represented by AUPE who find errors in their retroactive pay are asked to call the CHR Human Resources Support Centre to resolve the problem.
Members should call 1-877-511-4455, Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. to reach the Support Centre. Callers should obtain a ticket number to register their issue.
The Calgary Health Region reported earlier that pay rate increases and retro pay to March 31, 2008 are scheduled for the Nov. 28, 2008, pay advice.
Classifications that are entitled to a $750 lump sum payment are scheduled to be paid on the Dec. 12, 2008, pay advice.
Those classifications entitled to retro payment from March 31, 2008 to Aug. 1, 2007, are scheduled to be paid on the Dec. 12, 2008 pay advice.
