Bargaining Update - Local 048/015 Revera Edgemont
Your bargaining committee met with the employer Dec. 18, 19 and Feb. 6 and 7 in Calgary to begin negotiations for your first collective agreement.
We’re pleased that almost two thirds of the collective agreement has been signed off in just four days of negotiations. This is a sign that both sides are committed to agreeing on a contract in a timely fashion. The items signed off on are mostly non-monetary.
We are scheduled to meet again with the employer March 18, 19 and 20 where we expect to begin talks on monetary items, including wages, benefits, and annual vacation sick leave and shift premiums.
