After the employer rejected the mediator’s recommendations in late November, the mediator produced another recommendation. Both parties voted to accept the recommendation.
The new four-year collective agreement, expiring Mar. 31, 2019, includes increases to salaries, two special leave days, weekend premiums for day shift, floater days, addition of domestic violence language, and no harassment language.
