Bargaining Update - Local 040/011 St. Therese Villa
On Oct. 2 and 3, your bargaining committee met to prepare initial contract proposals for our first collective agreement with the employer, Covenant Health.
We would like to thank those who participated in the workplace survey conducted in July. The input from the survey helped to shape bargaining proposals and ensures your voice is heard at the bargaining table.
The committee is scheduled to begin bargaining with the employer Oct. 23, 24 & 25.
