New AUPE members from the Health Care Sector took part in orientation
sessions Jan. 27 at the North Hill Inn in Red Deer.
Participants, all of whom became AUPE members after the Bill 27 union-representation
runoff vote in the David Thompson Health Region, heard from AUPE Union
Representative Malcolm McNaughton and Membership Services Officers Kathy
Kadyk and Gil Laflamme.
Orientation sessions for new health care members are being held by AUPE
throughout Alberta.
