Carla Woodrow, Local 057, Rayanne Studer, Local 044, and Jules Noel, Local 057, Chapter 08 enjoyed a hair-raising experience recently. The three AUPE members raised more than $2,500 by agreeing to have their heads shaved in support of cancer research at the Lacombe Community Health Care Centre on May 29. Their hair will also be used to make wigs for cancer patients.
