Health care employees of the Capital Health Region took part in a
Basic Union Steward Course at AUPE Headquarters in Edmonton on Jan.
29 and 30.

The Edmonton BUSC course was just one of dozens of courses offered by
AUPE at locations throughout Alberta all year long.
In addition to BUSC workshops, offerings by the AUPE Education Section
include Introduction to AUPE for new members, Collective Bargaining,
Table Officers Course, Contract Interpretation, Discipline and Discharge,
and Health and Safety.
