Morgex offers lower mortgage rates for AUPE members
EDMONTON – Morgex Mortgage is offering lower mortgage and loan
rates to AUPE members.
Morgex says qualifying AUPE members can receive mortgage and loan rates
from 1 per cent to 1.5 per cent below bank posted rates.
These rates are available for residential mortgages, remodeling, home
improvement, loan consolidations and the like, Morgex said. This is
a free no-fee service offered to AUPE Members.
Last summer, the AUPE Member Services Committee and Morgex Insurance
Group made a deal to offer members comprehensive insurance coverage.
With the committee’s consent, Morgex has formed a preferred client
package designed for members and their families. The package comes at
no extra cost.
That package includes preferred home and auto insurance rates, access
to all Morgex life insurance markets, no-cost claims counseling, and
an automobile-buying program.
Morgex is Alberta’s largest independent insurance broker, and has
been the principal broker for the Alberta Teachers’ Association
for the past 17 years.
